Turning Point - Audiomachine
Well, I think my practice might finally be starting to pay off. There were a lot of adjustments done in the sketching stage of this, so clearly there's still a lot of work to be done. I've not gotten to the point where I'm ready to begin to stylize them yet, either. This was started at the dentist office, where a lot of waiting was in order. By the time I was outta there (half numbed LOL), I had sketch, outline, color done with shading started.
I tried yet another new method for fur shading, and carp, I think it's the best yet. With some modifications and practice, I think I'll finally be able to develop it into a more refined style that looks good. I feel this was a good start, and I'm pretty happy with it for now. Anyways, hope you like.

She's so fluffy! 
She kind of reminds me of an elk with how fluffy her neck is. Great work! I love this style of fur shading. And, like I already said, the back legs are awesome.
